1) The property is accessible with your four digit door code. 2) Your private room is accessible with a different four digit door code. As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We may also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or up to $300 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
This private room is one of four bedrooms. You will have the opportunity to meet other housemates & travelers during your stay. At times I or housekeeping will be on site, making sure the shared areas are clean.

Primary suite on first floor and garage are locked and off limits to guests.
Shared areas are on a schedule to be professionally cleaned every ten-fourteen days. Bathrooms will be cleaned when either you or your shared guest checkout. You are encouraged to clean behind yourself in between these scheduled days and cleaning products are made available.
