Hosted Havens is a full-service short-term rental co-host. A co-host manages the day-to-day operation of a short or mid-term rental. A traditional property manager usually handles long-term tenancies and rent collection. We are not a traditional property manager, but we perform the operational work that makes a short-term rental succeed.
How much does Airbnb management cost with Hosted Havens?

Can I still use my property for personal stays?
Yes. It is your property. With access to the hosting tools, you can block dates on the calendar and use your home whenever you choose.
