✔KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, silicone cooking utensils, 4 burner electric stove & oven, coffee maker, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, spices, blender, waffle maker, breakfast bar w/ seating

✔SHARED BATHROOM: Rooms 3 & 4 share a full size bathroom that is accessible by hallway. These are the only 2 rooms that use this space.

✔GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, in-unit full size washer & dryer, central heating & air conditioning, linens & towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, laundry supplies, trash bags & paper products

✔PARKING: First come parking for two in driveway, free street parking (no garage parking)

This private room is one of five bedrooms. You will have the opportunity to meet other housemates & travelers during your stay. At times I or housekeeping will be on site, making sure the shared areas are clean.

We aim for 5-star service! In the unlikely event of an issue during your stay, you can contact us by email, text or phone, daily from 7am-10pm CST. Emergency calls acceptable after hours.

✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Shared areas are on a schedule to be professionally cleaned every 10-14 days. Bathrooms will be cleaned when either you or your shared guest checkout. You are encouraged to clean behind yourself in between these scheduled days and cleaning products are made available.
