Whether you're PCSing in/out of San Antonio, visiting friends & family, or remote working, our large primary bedroom with en suite can accommodate all your needs.
✔INDOOR LIVING: Access to 3 TVs, two living rooms, ping pong & table shuffleboard, board & card games, poker table, dining table, laundry room & garage (storage only)
✔KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, silicone cooking utensils, 4 burner electric stove & oven, coffee maker, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, spices, blender, waffle maker, breakfast bar w/ seating
✔SHARED BATHROOM: Rooms 2 & 5 share a shower/tub/toilet area. These are the only 2 rooms that have access to this shared bathroom space. Each room comes with a private vanity/sink and closet area. Keypad lock restricts access from the shared area to the private area; so other guests are not able to access your private space at any time.
✔GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, in-unit full size washer & dryer, central heating & air conditioning, linens & towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, laundry supplies, trash bags & paper products
✔PARKING: First come parking for two in driveway, free street parking (no garage parking)
✔SAFETY: Smart locks on exterior, bedroom & bathroom doors
1) The property is accessible with your four digit door code. 2) Your private room & bathroom are accessible with a different four digit door code. As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We may also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or up to $300 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
This private room is one of five bedrooms. You will have the opportunity to meet other housemates & travelers during your stay. At times I or housekeeping will be on site, making sure the shared areas are clean.

Shared areas are on a schedule to be professionally cleaned every ten - fourteen days. Bathrooms will be cleaned when either you or your shared guest checkout. You are encouraged to clean behind yourself in between these scheduled days and cleaning products are made available.
