Every home is different, so we cannot provide an exact number here without first conducting your property analysis tour. However, we can share that properties hosted under our service typically have a higher occupancy rate (75% or more) and earn about $15,000 more a year than properties not hosted by us. This is due to our commitment to quality, years of experience, use of professional hosting tools, and deep connections to the industry as an official Airbnb Co-Host, volunteer Airbnb San Antonio Community Leader, and member of the Short Term Rental Association of San Antonio.
