Management Fee (18–22%) – The rate depends on how many properties you bring on, their location, and whether custom owner processes are required.
Minimum Term (4–6 months) – We don’t lock you into year-long contracts. Cancellation only requires a 30-day notice. If the fit isn’t right for any reason, exiting is simple.
