For most of our listings, we have a Moderate cancellation policy, which allows a guest to cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Please check the individual listing for any exceptions.
Check-in procedures can vary by listing, but typically will include our Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy, on a web-based system, and once completed, you’ll receive your arrival instructions.
Hosted Havens does not offer travel insurance directly, but we highly recommend that guests purchase it through a third-party provider for added peace of mind. For protection during your stay, we offer the option to purchase a damage waiver or a refundable security hold, which covers accidental damage to the property.

A Co-Host helps a property owner manage a short or mid-term rental, like an Airbnb. Some co-hosts only perform select duties, but at Hosted Havens, we offer full service co-hosting, which means we perform all the day-to-day operations, allowing the property owner to be hands off. A Property Manager on the other hand, usually manages long-term rentals and performs extra duties, like collecting rent, and ensuring the property complies with local laws and regulations. While Hosted Havens is not a property manager, rest assured that we can perform all the duties to make your property a rental success.

However, we can share that properties hosted under our service typically have a higher occupancy rate (75% or more) and earn about $15,000 more a year than properties not hosted by us.
