Note: the property has two separate buildings and only the guesthouse is accessible during your stay. You will not have access to the main house, the front door, or the driveway. There is a side entrance to the guesthouse.

As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete our local compliance rental agreement and ID verification. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
