Lots of trees and benches that stretch the whole neighborhood and backs up to the rear of Collins Garden Library

✔SAFETY: Smart lock, external security cameras (facing out) on each floor

As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete our local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and up to $300 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

Collins Gardens neighborhood, situated on the near south side of San Antonio, is a family retreat just moments away from the heart of downtown. Located across the street for the Collins Garden Park, guests are in easy access to the largest HEB grocery store and in safe quarters near the San Antonio Police department.
