As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. Rest easy, reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to this coverage!

In some cases, we may require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or $400 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed, if required, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
