As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete our local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and up to $300 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
